Can I come even if I have never shot before?
Yes. The packages are designed for complete beginners as well as more experienced shooters. The programme begins with a safety briefing and an introduction to the necessary basics, while our instructors assist you throughout.
From what age can I participate?
Only guests aged 18 or over may participate actively. Guests aged 16 or over may attend as observers if at least one parent or legal guardian is present in person. Children under 14 may not be present in the programme area, either as participants or observers.
How can I book a session?
Choose your package, enter the number of participants and your preferred time, then complete your contact details. Your booking becomes valid once we have received the 50% deposit and sent confirmation by email. Please submit your booking request at least two working days in advance.
How can I pay?
A 50% deposit of the total amount is required when booking. The remaining balance must be paid on site before the shooting begins. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer, in HUF or EUR; card payments are not available on site.
What should I bring with me?
For registration and the required declarations, please bring a valid photo ID, such as an identity card, passport or driving licence.
What happens if we are late or need to cancel?
Cancellations or amendments must be made in writing no later than 72 hours before the programme begins. A change is considered accepted only once you have received confirmation by email. In the event of a cancellation within 72 hours, a no-show or lateness exceeding 15 minutes, the deposit is non-refundable.
Can I purchase additional rounds?
Yes. You can purchase additional ammunition beyond the amount included in your package. If you already know this when booking, please add it in the notes field.
Can I request a bespoke package?
Yes. Tell us how many of you will be coming, the occasion you are planning for and the type of experience you are looking for. We will prepare a personalised offer based on this.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
Yes. A voucher can be requested for a selected package or for a specified amount. Once payment has been received, we will send it in printable format. Gift vouchers are valid for one year, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can international guests take part?
Yes, provided they speak English at a conversational level, so they can understand the safety briefing and the instructor’s instructions accurately.
